Does it cost to hire a Private Room?
There is no charge for Last Drop Catered Events. The min is 30 guests at $15pp on food.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Unfortunately, we are not permitted to allow outside food or drinks except for Birthday Cakes. CAKEAGE $30 APPLIES

Can we set up a Bar TAB?
Yes, no problem, we can organise a TAB and pre-set a limit and/or conditions like “Beer, Wine, Soft drink Only”.

Music
The function room has the facility to “plug in” your device to play in that room only. Your device needs a standard headphone input like a mobile or IPOD.

Children
Are permitted in a Private Event for the duration. They must be always supervised by an Adult guest.

Entertainment
You can certainly organise your own entertainment in a private room. They should carry their own Public Liability Insurances, and not encroach the rest of the venue.

Platters
Platters are set for several guests dining. They do go further for casual “grazing” events. The Last Drop Beeliar crew are very flexible and can work with you to cater your events including changes to Platter items to meet your needs.

Deposit
A $200 deposit is required on confirmation of booking your function and ordering your catering.
